Sean Zavary
Sean Zavary is the founder and CEO of Greenlight Offer, a real estate investment company that has steadily grown since 2016—getting not only bigger, but better in its operations and service.
Known for his strong sales background and hands-on leadership, Sean leads with
faith, loyalty, and a commitment to constant improvement. He’s deeply involved in team
development and company growth, always pushing forward with a winning mindset.
Above all, Sean is a devoted husband and father of three. He leads his family with the same
values that guide his business—faith, gratitude, and purpose. Outside of work, he enjoys time
with his family, volunteering at his religious center, and staying active at the gym.
His motto: “When you look good, you feel good—and when you feel good, you perform great.”
Nissa Zavary
Nissa is a Partner at Greenlight Offer and has been a driving force behind the company since day one. Intuitive, wise, and deeply people-focused, she played a key role in shaping the team’s culture and growth.
Nissa also supports the company’s financial operations and brings sharp problem-solving skills to help navigate challenges and guide the business forward. Her insight and steady presence have been essential to Greenlight’s success since 2016.
Outside the office, Nissa enjoys raising her kids, working out, volunteering at her religious
center, and discovering new restaurants around town.
Christopher Meaker
As the Director of Real Estate at GreenLight Offer, I’m passionate about leading with
discipline, integrity, and purpose. I believe that great leadership is about serving others, setting
the standard, and creating an environment where people can grow both personally and
professionally.
Every day, I strive to inspire my team, build strong relationships, and help
homeowners navigate the selling process with honesty, transparency, and confidence.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping others reach their full potential while
contributing to the continued growth of our company. Whether I’m working with our team or our
clients, I believe that consistency, accountability, and a positive attitude make all the difference.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading to continually expand my knowledge and finding opportunities
to help others. I’m a firm believer that lifelong learning and serving those around you are key

Dontay Jeter
Dylan Ramsey
Dylan is a Home Buying Specialist at Greenlight Offer and has been a steady, reliable part of the team since 2021.

Christopher Giron

Tristan Hering
Raised on a farm near Humboldt, Saskatchewan, I learned the value of hard work, resourcefulness, and recognizing opportunities. After seven years as a Journeyman Welder in
Western Canada’s oil, gas, and mining industries, I transitioned into real estate and have spent
the past three years as a licensed REALTOR® in Saskatchewan, helping clients and investors
buy and sell properties across small-town communities.
As a Home Buying Specialist with
Greenlight Offer, I leverage my real estate expertise, negotiation skills, and ability to identify value to help homeowners and investors achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy hunting,
fishing, snowmobiling, and spending time outdoors.
Alexandria Boxie
Alexandria is one of our Client Relationship Managers, working closely with buyers to help them find properties that fit their needs—whether it’s for investing or for living.
Known for her organization, reliability, and strong communication skills, she ensures every client feels confident, informed, and well taken care of throughout the process.
Outside of work, Alex likes to travel, spend time with family, and explore new restaurants.
Richard Vargas

Abejane Tabat
Abejane, known to the team as Abby, is a Transacation Coordinators at Greenlight Offer who stands out for her versatility, reliability, and coachable
spirit.
In addition to supporting homeowners, she plays a key role in the Transaction
Coordinating department—handling welcome calls, opening title, and working closely with sellers and title companies to move each deal forward efficiently.
Abby is known for her prompt work ethic and always going the extra mile to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
When she’s off the clock, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to podcasts while doing house chores, and winding down with a good Netflix or Disney+ binge.
Alona Aguayo
Alona is a Transaction Coordinator at Greenlight Offer, helping keep each transaction organized, moving forward, and on track from contract to closing. She works closely with sellers, title companies, and the internal team to make sure important details are handled with care, communication stays clear, and every file gets the attention it needs.
Known for being detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, Alona enjoys helping create a smooth and stress-free experience for homeowners during one of the most important steps in the selling process. She brings a strong background in real estate coordination and a commitment to

Anna Guzman
What I enjoy most is building genuine conversations with sellers. Every call is different, and I’m grateful for the chance to really hear people out, ask the right questions, and offer support during what can be a significant life change.
I’m also committed to continuously improving my communication and negotiation skills because personal and professional growth matter deeply to me.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading novels and personal development books to keep growing both professionally and personally. I love spending time with my family, they’re my biggest motivation and my “why.” I also enjoy cooking and tending to my garden, which helps me relax, slow down, and appreciate the simple things.

I like improving my skills through online courses and staying active outdoors. Bungee jumping, rafting, kayaking, hiking, and horse riding. Every morning, I go for a run, then treat myself to a tub of ice cream while walking home, setting my mindset for a positive and motivated day.
