I would not recommend them. I called them about my property and did not get a call back after a few weeks. So I called them back and got the offer verbally. They sent me an offer on their form by email but my realtor said that would contract my property to them while they found a buyer. I asked them to put the offer on a form which protected me. They said they would but I never heard back from them. Be honest and forth right in the way you operate. Their radio commercial is full of fluff. They do not work the way they claim or that was my experience.

As the sibling coming in at the very end of the process, Ashley and Sean caught me up to speed on every little detail before selling.
